SO re-posting this card as part of PTI's anniversary festivities.
We were asked to post our favourite of 2010 and this is mine. This glitzy, slightly shabby christmas card is one of my favs...and I'm impressed by my photography skills too!!

Well, I've got a sduper duper camera to take wonderful photos of my cards with (but it does intimidate me a bit) and after about 30 shots I manage to get a few really decent ones. So no more not updating excuses.
So here is my Mojolicious entry for this weeks sketch number 163

Despite the fact that I used a million different products from many companies, this card came together so quickly, and one of the rare times that something works out in reality just as it did in my head.
I'm so in love with my vintage ornaments dies....LOVE LOVE LOVE !
I have some beautiful bronze paper somewhere in my craft room, but after spending about 7 minutes looking for it I decided to improvise. I created 2 different shimmer papers and thought, what the heck I'll use both versions on here. Bottom layer is SU Early Espresso with glimmer mist in SUgar plum fairy sprayed on and then slightly wiped off. Top shimmer is PTI Dark Chocolate with Tsukineko API in champagne mist mixed with rubbing alcohol, and sprayed on. I kinda like the effect of two different shimmers on the card, although I do think the subtler one is a bit prettier.
Ribbon is from Michaels - purchased roughly 2 years ago- Pink is PTI sweet blush, pink ink sweet blush and brown in Brilliance Coffee bean. Glitter is MS brownstone.
